Host a private workshop with your friends, co-workers or family! Choose from a variety of projects for your group and pick a date and time that works for your group’s schedule.

HOW TO BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY: Check out my calendar on the website, look for any open day/time that may works for you.  Parties generally run 3 hours depending on projects. Contact AJ @,, to confirm and  be added to the calendar, reserving your spot.

Minimum: Minimum number of participants is 10 people/projects.  There are no exceptions to this.  Starting October through December the minimum is 12 people.

Deposit: There will be a $200 deposit required when booking a private party.  This ensures that the minimum numbers are met for the party.  Deposit is refundable if you meet your minimum number required.  If you do not meet the minimum number then for each person missing $50 will be deducted from the deposit.  For example if 8 people sign up and you are missing 2 people, $100 will be deducted from the deposit and $100 will be refunded.  

Your guests will need to pay individually via your reservation link once created. Registration closes one week prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects.

Registration deadline is 1 week prior to class. This ensure that we have enough time to prepare your projects for class and that we stay on our production schedule.  Late registration my be allowed if possible and only for approved but a $10 late fee will be imposed for this.

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $45-$120.

We can do a variety of projects for your private party.  We can do resin trays, seaglass frames, stained glass cups, metal tumblers, resin charcuterie boards, wood projects, holiday ceramics.....

We provide all of the materials, tools, and  step by step instruction! Our classes are instructor led.  All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of stains/paints. We provide aprons for your group and a table for food and drinks.  

We are a BYOB studio and you are welcome to bring in any food you'd like. 

*Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge but must be submitted to prior to registering. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted to at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.
